I'm with you, but the argument can be made that results come back about 10 days after being tested. Apparently, that's the case for this. But I have yet to see irrefutable evidence of ryan testing positive. As far as I know, it's all hearsay.

Guys that juice and have "scheduled" testing dates know how to beat the system and can still gain the benefits from the drug. Did Ryan do this? IDK. An anti-doping agency is under extreme scrutiny and won't just make this kind of thing up to favor another fighter. If the guy had the drug in his system, he had the drug in his system. It's really that simple. Could have been a false positive and the re-testing will determine the final results. If Ryan did cheat, he may have miscalculated his last dose and did not fully metabolize the Ostarine in his system by fight night. One thing to note is he did look huge in that ring, and had a lot more velocity on his left hook than usual.
Ostarine, in which the drug is “Enobosarm” - it has a half life of hours. This means that if you take 10mg hypothetically, after 24 hours you'd have around 5mg left on your body. After 48, it would probably be completely metabolised.
