I was surprised when Mandy Moore talked about the scene in the hospital room when Jack died. I guess it was planned by the show runners and/or director, but she didn’t know Milo was going to be lying in that bed, after Jack just died. She thought she was walking into Jack’s empty room. The genius was having the camera on her, and we only see Jack in the reflection of the glass in the door. Her falling apart because the reality hit her was all Mandy. It’s one of my favorite scenes because of that.
I can only hope one of the actors from the show reads this. I have loved This is Us!! The stories are very emotional and touch us. I hope the actors get to hear from fans somewhere how it has affected us. But one story never sat right with me. Rebecca goingvto work with an ex boyfriend and kind of gas ligting Jack. Making him feel like he is wrong not liking it. What her character did was so wrong and broke trust. Then it all switches to him drinking and her mad at him?? Big switch off the main issue, Rebecca breaking marriage trust by working with and leaving town with an ex boyfriend, without the truth. There is not one of us that would like or tolerate that. The show did not handle this right, then he is asked to leave like she is this Saint. The show has to really think sometimes about what we just saw, stay with it. Don't switch when something has landed and not been dealt with. The story could of explored Rebecca feelings about her life, even if selfish. She hadn't wanted kids and had triplets, devoted herself to them for years. The show missed a moment where it could of addressed people living out dreams, in a healthy way. Also adjusting the dreams to the reality of their life, it can be a lesser version of the original dream.
Jake and Rebecca are phenomenal! Their perfect for each other! Such a shame he had to go back in for the stupid dog that was bound to die in a few years 😢 😔
I always felt that Sterling improvised on this show, as well as on "Army Wives". Many of his lines seem so genuinely Sterling to me. I love it!

She said Milo decided to lay there to help her get through the scene, so it was pretty much teamwork between Mandy and Milo
she should have won the Emmy and Golden Globe
Did you hear very lightly "Beck" (in Jack's voice) when she was getting the candy from the machine...JUST when Jack passed.
Phenomenal actors ; flawless performances!!!
William was my favorite character on the show, I adored him. RIP Ron Cephas
Great insights here. I wonder, however, why the OSSA videos always seem to be shot in mirror image?
Memphis is in my top 5 episodes
Great Video. I love your videos.

Mandy Moore is the best
Far far too much 'talking' by the presenter. Just let the actors do what they do best...
