Listened to this today as I care for one of my rescued animals that is slowly dying.
It was helpful and brought some cheer into the situation.
Let go, and let God. In peace find the love that IS.
Wish your baby a beautiful journey home. Thank you for making a pit stop on earth.
As painful as it is, open your heart huge to the experience and alliow the pain to wash through every pore in your body. Don't resist it and at some point when it feels too much to resist, resist even less. This happened to me when my ex died with our son watching. It was more than heartbreaking, more than agony. There was no way to escape and when I finally opened up and surrendered completely to the experience of agony, there was an amazing heart-opening and unconditional love that poured through my body and I even felt gratitude for the experience. I'll never forget it.
Recent death. Then Covid
Perfect timing
Sending love and light

Everything changes and passes away …….the most important question is:
“Did you love well? “ and I love the feeling of the mystery of sleep and every morning we wake up we are reborn ❤❤❤

fear of death
Please ask the person coughing so much to move to the back of the group!🤪
when one lives in and as what is eternal, then death is a meaningless concept.
how about kids dying? not old folks.
I think it’s all the same principles and practices. Impermanence and acceptance and gratitude for the time we had. Sorry for your loss, if that’s why you ask
Who dies if there is no self?... Anatta? Even the Buddha didn't believe in it.
