Thank you SO much for this! Any press release needs to be completely re-written. We don’t say things like, “subject” “altercation” “apprehended” - Also, terrible tragedy? All tragedies are terrible! We don’t need to put an adjective there. Gosh I’m so buying this book for everyone for Christmas 😅

AHHHH SOOOO not a fan of "blaze"..... you are keepin' it real!!! :-) Great video! I also really hate cliche phrases, the family is 'holding onto hope'.... a normal quiet community still shaken, officials say, authorities say... moron teases, more on that next.

Thanks Josh! I really like this.
The pronoun one got me rethinking a lot of my writing. Always though it was clever and quick way to avoid an extra sentence of content and save time.
Glad to know there are better ways to do that! Appreciate the advice.

So basically, this is a list of things I will notice on the news and might be mildly annoyed at from now on but can't do anything about since I'm not a news writer. :D

Hi, loved this--also useful for writing 'epistolary' stories--write like you talk! But PLEASE change that annoying "musak" in the back ground, jumpy and nerve-racking! Thanks for all!
