Overtime it obviously became less and less frightening and more awesome, however, with this movie they brought the terror back in the name Godzilla. He is hella creepy, yet still awesome.

I will explain. It's a big ass radiation improved lizard. He is pissed. He is hungry. Now somehow, he can breath underwater AND on land for long periods. And his skin....it never dries out while he plunders on land. His feet are impervious to sharp objects, like tanks. AND He really really REALLY hates buildings. When you shoot him with a missile, it's like a massage to him, just feels a tickle. Did I mention he was pissed?
