@grassdoor59 Yes, but isnt that basically a placebo effect? When doing tests on patients they'll give them a sugar pill or something but the patient believes it will help with their condition and because they believe it, they actually feel some recovery from it temporarily but it doesn't solve the root cause and the condition eventually comes back. I think frequencies are similar, while they do provide benefits, it is just temporary as it doesn't solve the underlying issue that makes people turn to these videos. I understand that different people have different experiences and what works for you may not work for me and vice versa but I've been listening to frequencies for some time and I've come to realize that without taking daily action to help my situation and feelings, frequencies are just a temporary relief; kind of like alcohol but much healthier and without the negative side effects of alcohol.
