Sorry I forgot to mention I bank with Barclays UK using their app and in part of my account is a Travel Wallet . So when I want US dollars I buy/transfer US dollars from my current account so I can use my normal debit card, no need for an extra Monzo card
@@anthony12861 You should check again. All my UK cards, Amex, revolut, starling don’t have this on front anymore. Historically cards had numbers on front for offline card processing (card imprinter), as this method is no longer used it’s no longer necessary to have on front. And moving it to the back slightly improves security as the numbers are hidden when in the chip reader, or when tapping to pay (or when people post their card pics online, which was an issue with many mobile bank users showing off their new card)
He’s right. Was looking at several banks recently as I was changing current account and it does seem the majority have the numbers on the back now. Nationwide, Santander, NatWest, Halifax, Lloyds, RBS, HSBC and First Direct for example all do.
When you move some of your pay into your salary sorters will your bills then come out of that? Also I've heard Monzo allows you to connect your mortgage ?

The Monzo card is free…no delivery fee
When you first get the card yeah but costs £5 for a replacement
Do you have to transfer money from your UK account to the Monzo account. If I am going to USA what happens when I need US dollars
Never used monzo but seems like a better option

No, most banks today have it on back lol
@@mourinhomindsetDont think so? Not in the UK anyway!
