    Dhanyavadji. Bahut bahut achcha presentation aap diya jee. Very lucid illustrated presentation.
    A small suggestion put more Lady patiebts because this Jointkbee problem is more seen in females than in males say 51female patients and 49 male patients because dilution of bone marrow due to menstrual problems and non rest primarily.😁🙏🙏🙏

    I was suffering with sciatica n disc buldge.. L3 4 5 n facet joint problem..I have watched u r all videos very careful..it was took me out cronic pain.. I have 60% recover Bec of u n u only

    पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ मै खुद को तैयार और एक फ़ौजी के तरह काबिल बनने के लिए दैनिक practice करता हूं (running🏃, exercise, Karate🥋, Gym)
    ये problem मेरा पिछले दो साल से हो रहा है, पहले तो मैंने कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया, लेकिन बाद में जब मैने एक साल पहले martial arts में दाखिल लिया, तो समस्या गंभीर हो गई।
    Morning walk(running), Gym, Karate कोईभी व्यायाम करने से सिर घूमता है, चक्कर आता है, उल्टी अती है. कई बार उल्टी हुई। गर्दन का कोईभी व्यायाम करने से, गर्दन पर थोरासची दवाहा परनेसे सिर घूमता हे ,बेचैनी सी होता है। Neck problem लेके बहुत परेशान हूं।😞
    सिर्फ इतनी सी बात नहीं
    सामान्य स्थिति में हर वक़्त हाथ और पैर हमेशा कांपते हैं, कमर के पिछले हिस्से में दर्द होता है ,
    कई बार, सिर भी घूमता है ।🤕
    Daily struggling बोहोत प्रॉब्लम होता है ।
    बाद में मुझे लगा कि यह #Vasovagal syncope हो सकता है; just like a nerve problem (simulating Vasovogal nerve)
    लेकिन कुछ दिन पहले मैं इलाज के लिए Tamilnadu(Vellore-cmc) गया था
    वहां डॉक्टर ने Blood test और MRI scan के बाद Report दी ; -
    Blood report - all is good, just vitamin B12 and vitamin D is low
    most problem is that -
    1) Cervical vertebrae ;
    *Diffuse disk bulge at C3 - C4 and C4 - C5 level spinal canal narrowing and thecal sac indentation .[Disk desiccation seen]
    2) Lumbor spine ;
    Mild loss of lumbor lordosis.
    Mild diffuse disk bulge at L2 - L3, L3 - L4 & L4 - L5 level.
    इस वजह से मैं पिछले 2 महीनों से दवा ले रहा हूं, लेकिन मैं बहुत स्वस्थ महसूस नहीं कर रहा हूं ,
    शरीर की स्थिति पहले से बेहतर है
    But I still feel sick , felling so week😩
    NECK SHOULDER PAIN and BACK PAIN PROBLEM.
    I'm feel so sorrow badly😖
    But I can't stop my exercise, I do it regularly but slow down
    This illness has created a major problem for me😭
    PLS tell me sir what should I do now !!?
    Now I have pain in both shoulders , specially in left side.
    ऐसा लगता है जैसे मेरे कंधे का पिछला हिस्से का हड्डी(scapula) टूट गया है
    totally like injured(scapula , collarbone , rotator cuff also)
    a sound is coming from left shoulder when i try to move it back & forward
    and Neck problem also
    When I do neck exercise any movement of the neck, a sound comes from the bones of the neck; like a broken neck bones

    Or khane me bhe kya khana cheye
