    When its pumpkin season and the weather is getting colder, soup days are the best days. This bacon chicken squash soup is just perfect for those cold days.
    Bacon Chicken Squash Soup 培根雞南瓜燉
    Ingredients Qty|數量 配料
    Squash Half | 半 南瓜
    Chicken 4 Thighs | 4個 雞腿
    Bacon 6 Strips | 6條 培根
    Chicken Broth 500ml | 500毫升 雞湯
    Parsley 15g | 15公克 荷蘭芹
    Carrot 1 | 1個 紅蘿蔔
    Celery 1 Stem | 1莖 芹菜
    Onion 1/4 | 1/4個 洋蔥
    Cheddar 100g | 100公克 芝士
    Salt 1/2 Teaspoon | 1/2茶匙 鹽
    Black Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon | 1/2茶匙 黑胡椒
    35% Cream 250ml | 250毫升 35% 奶油
    Step 1
    Half Squash Remove skin and cut
    南瓜 1半 切

    4 Chicken Thighs Debone and Cut
