Speckles & Freckles Think about it she's a reborn artist she probably cut it with a scale or something like a scissor in cutting the vinyl or if she make s doll bodies then she cut herself with a scissor cutting the material out for the dolls body but most likely with a scaple to cut open the base of the doll heads for rooting and weighing the dolls heads and limbs.
