there are many factors that possibly comes into mind as to why Luna is not so obsessed unlike otto, tho i can only think one right now which is: . 1. Captain isn't dead, if captain was dead, Luna would unleash hell without a doubt.

So it might really just be an Otto thing to be so obsessed with something and be mad with it.
