Very pretty architecture and great history lesson! Especially interesting was the fun fact about the chalk that filters the water! Always looking forward to your videos ❤
My husband and I came across your video while researching day trips from London and Amsterdam as we are heading there in April. How did you get to Brighton? Public Transportation? Excursion? Thank you!
Very cool! 😁 we got to Brighton by train, it’s nice and comfortable and it takes about 50 mins, but depending on how many stops the specific train has, it may take a bit longer.
What a lovely video! It reminds me the nice time I spent there when I lived for more than two years back in 1997,... It's one of my best places in the UK.
@@MariaOliviaTravel I’ve just subscribed to your channel and I scrolled down through your videos. I haven’t seen anything about Spain. Have you already visited it? Any plans to travel to Spain? 😃😃
@@herbolarilamenta Thank you so much for subscribing! Unfortunately we haven’t been to Spain yet, we were planning on it this month but had a last minute change of plans to do a bigger trip to Japan and Korea in April, so hope you’ll stick around for that! Keep an eye out for Spain in the summer 🤞
It is great to see the chemistry between you. Those cliffs are beautiful and you have to think how long it took for that chalk to be deposited and then raised up from sea level. Those seagulls are expert dive bombers. They will fly over your shoulder and take the complete box out of your hands. I saw a seagull snatch some fish and chips from someone and fly off with it. It was immediately swarmed in flight by all the other seagulls in the vicinity. This caused the gull to drop its meal onto the beach. Unfortunately, there was a young lady, sitting on the beach reading a book and it fell into her lap. She was immediately surrounded by the flock of gulls fighting over the meal. Traumatic for her but hysterical to anyone that saw it.
I've been to Brighton before, but that's already ages ago. It's definitely prettier now than it was back then. Also I would like to take a closer look into the LGBTQIA+ scene that Brighton is now known to have. A hike to the Seven Sisters would be on my bucket list too. The view is so beautiful from there,
Yes, it’s a public bus 😊 I can’t remember the price exactly but i remember thinking it was very reasonable for the distance. I want to say round trip was less than 5 £.

Really lovely video, cannot beat strolling around in the sunshine. Those hash browns looked fit 😍, enjoy your journey ladies xx

I love seeing the chemistry between you and Maria, Olivia as always
If you want to see the best view of Seven Sisters start from Seaford and walk to Eastbourne.
What a pretty city! Olivia love your history lessons you make it interesting. Maria you were very brave with the seagulls 😅
Lovely video , you have inspired me to do this walk in the summer.
So glad! Definitely go for it, the views are incredible and the air has an even more wonderful feel to it from above! ☺️
Very nice video and very informative!

Thank you for your kind words 🥰 and the funny story 😂 the visual made me laugh out loud. Poor lady on the beach 😅
Haha the birds lol
Nice video, pleased you got some sun.
Thank you Taylor 😊 we were there for 2 weeks. One week was storming all day every day, and the rest it was sunny 😎 so it was a good trip haha
Petticoats. The white cliffs looked like the petticoats of 7 women as they lifted their dresses while they danced.
