I agree with you, Kevin there’s nothing like the feeling of a fish at the end of your line.

Sitting in a blind with bait on the ground, or sitting on a food plot are for fully disabled or kids. Not to much thrill in that, other than the fact that you got one. It's when you put 3 months or more worth of work in putting boots to the ground tracking the deer, elk bear, and not knowing where its going to be, but making an educated guess. Then only having a short window to make it happen and hoping the weather doesnt change. It took me 9 long 14hr looong grueling days in adverse rain, wind, and snow to get my first blacktail, which are called ghosts of the forrests for good reason. So was i happy that i accomplished my goal after all that hard work and frostbitten toes .... Yes and very thankful and repectful of the animal that i had taken. As far as fishing goes, i get little thrill from it, especially if i know that their are fish in the lake. Its easy picking with all the baits and lures out on the market. Power bait eggs are cheat mode.
