He studied Dance and major in Contemporary at the Busan School of Arts and L, consistently, at top of the entire Dance Department. In his solo projects since "Lie", he was given freedom to choose his own choreographers. For his Serendipity, I was the US based Ryan Bustos who later became JK's choreography in his latest Album Golden. Jimin is known of dancing by listening to music, rythm is his basic core. To Jimin, dance technic, style and choreography comes after rythm. But, in his Face and now Muse Album, Jimin chose local (Korean) choreographers who most of them are like you within the Bing Bang Generation. According to most of Jimin's choreographers said that Jimin would totally transform the choreography as if he owns it. Experts are impressed with Jimin's light and smooth footwork, not to mention his captivating aura on stage. BTS, especially, when their popularity exploded in 2016, they started getting choreographers from all over the world due to their hectic schedules. #Jimin and #Taeyang of Bigbang had a collab song produce and co-writen by both of them called *Vibe.

A very personal point, we all have influence from many sides, the important thing is to create your own style and it is Jimin's style, his dance is unique, he tells stories through the movement of his body: smooth movements, with beautiful lines thanks to its contemporary dance base. It's choreographed by Brian Puspos, who is quite a unique choreographer. This is choreographed by Jimin and turns out even quite a bit of the mv. Because he did training in contemporary, ballet, folk dance, jazz and hip hop plus martial arts he is very versatile in his dancing. MJ is great but Jimin is graceful and elegant in his movements. Of course you are going to get fans commenting here! Jimin is the most popular kpop idol. Jimin did collab with Taeyang, one of his musical heroes like Usher, last year. It's called Vibe.
