Hi! Can you explain what does "sync clock with mpc" actually mean and give me few examples? I have some idea of that but nothing much. I'm a long time fan of MPC (like 15 years fan) and just now I'm buying it, MPC Live 2. So I'm gathering all informations I can find on everything about it
Hi Nenad! In this video I am using “clock” which is a term in eurorack modules that means timing or beats per minute. In this video I am syncing the eurorack system’s clock to be synced with the Beats per minute of the MPC Live 2! Essentially the MPC live 2 can sync with just about any hardware device. In this video I’m using a Ableton Link to sync the two units and converting the link timing into eurorack clock timing via the ML2 module. Let me know if this doesn’t make sense!
I'm asking Santa for a T-1 from Torso. In the meantime, I'm playing with Strokes an iOS app/VST that is a well rounded plug-in focused on euclidean beatmaking.
