I have two rentals units , I retired two years ago and looking at selling shortly both properties have been long term, and doing the sums I don’t think looking back I would have held so long,the input in repairs rates body Corp (that’s the big expense)versus returns rules and regulations,so I will probably go shares a lot less hassle, that’s after I pay capital gains
