    Ingredients:
    Ghee (Clarified butter) ½ Cup
    -Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 6-7
    -Laung (Cloves) 4-5
    -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-3
    -Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2
    -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
    -Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
    -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
    -Chicken mix boti ½ kg
    -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
    -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
    -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs
    -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
    -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
    -Saunf powder (Fennel powder) 1 tbs
    -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
    -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
    -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
    -Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
    -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup (room temperature)
    -Chawal (Rice) basmati ½ kg (soaked for 30 minutes)
    -Hot water 3-4 Cups or as required
    -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
    -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
    -Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed ½ tbs
    -Lemon juice 2 tbs
    -Pyaz (Onion) fried 2-3 tbs
    Directions:
    -In a pot,add clarified butter & let it melt.
    -Add black peppercorns,cloves,cinnamon sticks,bay leaves,black cardamom,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.
    -Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden.
    -Add chicken mix boti & mix well until it changes color.
    -Add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes,green chilli paste,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
    -Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,fennel powder,salt,cumin powder,nutmeg powder & mace powder,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    -Add yogurt,mix well & cook for a minute,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook oh high flame until oil separates.
    -Add rice and mix.
    -Add hot water and mix well.
    -Add green chillies,coriander seeds,fennel seeds,lemon juice,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
    -Add fried onion,cover & steam cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
    -Serve masalaydar chicken pulao with yogurt,salad & pickle.

    -Sabut kali mirch,laung,darchini,tez patta,badi elaichi,zeera aur curry patta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
    -Chicken mix boti dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Adrak lehsan paste,tamatar aur hari mirch paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
    -Dhania powder,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,saunf powder,namak,zeera powder,jaifil powder aur javitri powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minute kliya paka lein.
    -Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
    -Chawal dal ker mix karein.
    -Garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Hari mirch,sabut dhania,saunf aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay kabad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Fried pyaz dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
    -Masalaydar chicken pulao ko dahi,salad & pickle ka saath serve karein.
