There needs to be accurate closed captioning. I am watching this for a class, and as someone with a disability both of chronic fatigue causing it to where hearing things makes it difficult to remember as opposed to reading them, but also for people who are hard of hearing to be able to understand too.
This I definitely agree with. Using this for a class assignment thing as well and this is the 3rd time I have had to listen to it. I was actually looking into the comments for a little context and clarity.
This video helps give advice about considering external factors that could effect a business. I believe one needs to consider those things to have a successful business.
