Great Video! About to binge watch all I can on Gas stations. Got a really good lead that will take me to the next level if I land it. (When I land it!) Thanks for all the information you share!
Well ANOTHER great video Barry, that was the AMAZON JUNGLE 2.0 in that bin store man and you kicked it right into touch,I thought I recognised the station before you said that. Well it's 01:50 here across the North Atlantic Ocean in Scotland so I'm going to call it a night my friend speak soon takecare.
What you do about the gum. I from Indiana I dont inquire about gas stations. I have a 4 gpm and a 8 gpm washers. I dont have hot water. Would you have to buy a burner. Thanks for great content.
No,but heat really helps the gum come up,but the right chemicals will do wonders in my opinion. Some owners want that done others don’t it’s extra for lots of gum removal especially on a large commercial area
I have at times and if asked but the employees have to wipe them down several times but you know how those employees are these days , they do good to keep people much less get em to go that extra mile but I clean them by hand with a rag and cleaning spray but never spray them ,use rag with proper and safe for display solution. Thx for the feedback and the support
I'm so glad I found your channel man.. im not sure if you will answer this ,but I figured id ask, when getting gas stations to hire you, who is it that you speak to? property owner of gas station or like the general manager ? I understand if you won't help me out with that, that might be a secret for you... any help Is appreciated... anyway, god bless you man and im thankful for your content..🙏🏼

Do you clean the canopy with sodium hydroxide as well? Or do you clean it with sodium hypochlorite? If you wash it with hypochlorite, do you wash the canopy first, rinse it, then rinse the floor, and then pour the hydroxide on the concrete? My fear is that the hypochlorite will mix with the hydroxide on the floor. You know what I mean?
Can you show us how you prep the area to be cleaned. Like when you have to cover the pumps, or what kind of prep work you have to do when you do residential?
So does the Xjet System better because it isnt putting the chemical through your pressure hose? Can I do the same ratio of Sodium Hydroxide and Dawn with a downstream injector with my pressure hose? Is there a way to put it in my proportioner? And why do you use sodium hydroxide over EBC?
It’s a matter of opinion and what works best for each person. You can run it through a soft wash system, blend manifold, proportioner, you can x jet it, or you could spot, treat it out of a 5 gallon bucket. I have never done a comparison video against gold assassin or EBC or any other product lines that are also great ,I like this product because it’s the most affordable and does a great job
Any chemical company has them , I get mine out of Nashville from a local dealer but I’m looking for a wholesaler now to start carrying it!!! I will keep you posted make sure to follow my Instagram and TickTock and Facebook so I will be able to announce when I have them for sale
I use roughly 🤔 a single 12 to 24 ounce cup full but others use a lot more but imo opinion it’s a waste after a certain amount. 1 24 ounce coffee cup full does the job for most all of my jobs per 5 gallon bucket
Could you discuss the prices on everything I’m looking too buy about 10,000 worth of equipment for this business & wondering how much does each gas station pays because I already have jobs lined up for a gas station possibly more I’m trying too do 3 gas stations a day
Message me an itemized list of what you need, what kind of equipment you need we can supply all of that, and what type of questions you have for pricing
@@littlespressurewashing I’m just wondering how should I price gas stations & how much monthly income could you make. Because I’m trying too replace my job working offshore & what should I use or need. I was planning too buy *Simpson big brute 4000 psi 4.0 gpm gx390 hot water pressure washer *safety cones *surface cleaner *tarps *cleaning solutions Some other stuff
I am making a FULL IN DEPTH CLASS on gas stations that is exclusive and helps get you to the next level. It will be done soon online and in person. You can definitely change your life bro and level up! I charge usually around 10 cents per Sq ft and it varies and I try to get them on at least quarterly cleaning contracts. Stay tuned for class updates! Coming real soon
Hi ! I have a professional question! What chemical and technology do you use to clean car tire tread (brake marks) from concrete or synthetic resin concrete surfaces, such as the floor of an assembly workshop?
No, you would need at least “minimum” a 4 gallon per minute 3000 psi or larger to run at least a 16 to 20 inch surface cleaner or you will be there all day and night. The bigger the GPM the better ,it’s more important than PSI in my opinion, and each your surface cleaner should be 4 inchs per gallon “example 4 GPM =16 inch surface cleaner, hope this helps , thx for the feedback and support, make sure to follow me on Tiktok Instagram Facebook RUclips and all other social media platforms, thx
how do you price your jobs ?? i’m in baton rouge and i feel like i just keep low balling myself i don’t know whether i need to just get a 4gpm or what but i give a set price.. is that bad

nice job. how come you did not use the hot water at the gas station on the oil and grease stains?
I did use the hot water unit , had it on 175 degrees ,it was same station I cleaned earlier
Thx for the support
@@littlespressurewashing but is it necessary to use hot water ?
What's the best way that you use to get leads?
Yard signs 🪧 and Google are my best leads
Very informative. Is hot water really needed with the chemical that you use. Keep the great videos coming.
No not necessary but helpful for heavy stains at times
Thx for the support
When you do the concrete, do you just do whats underneath the canopy or how do they want it usually?
Donyou use the sodium Mix for the Canopy... considering the hydroxide dripping down on you wont it hurt you?
Only for the concrete
Can you show us how you prep the area to be cleaned. Like when you have to cover the pumps, or what kind of prep work you have to do when you do residential?
I’d love to ,I’ll make a special video outlining it for both commercial and residential and even the PPE I use while working
Hey, what credits do you get in the States from the brand/supplier?
I’m not quite sure of the question please elaborate

Thanks for the support and I have some classes coming soon they’re going to be amazing and helpful
What kind of gun and pressure washer are you using
Thanks
We use gas soft wash systems and Honda 8 gpm 3500 psi belt drive units “pressure washers”
What spray nozzle are you using? Looks awesome
I use a m5 twist nozzle and a shooter tip on a j rod assembly, most of time I just use my ball valve to rinse
Where dose dirty watter go
. Do you just push off to side
Reclamation process ,videos coming
Do you hit the whole parking lot or just the pumps, dirty spots and sidewalks?

How do you apply the chemical??
Through a gas Soft Wash system
Ever considered work lights, brother?
hey about how much did you charge for this job..and can i do this with a 3100psi. 2.5 gpm pressure washer

Do you use a water reclaim system or not if so what
We use a water reclaim system, Hydrotek, EV 55
This is all with 3% SH and surfactant? This is all you use? I have a gas station to wash
Yes on canopies
And buildings

Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5 and Surfactant 👌
