    It could have been much more understandable if you had added a table at the end that substantiates all the points :)

      Warning - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK !!!
      N26 bank confirmed to me on 19th October, 2022 that they had closed my account and that I had no access to my funds. They claimed that they had found irregularities in the account. This was false, as my funds had been deposited by my Lawyer in Spain following the sale of my property there which he completed, acting as my Power of Attorney, with all due taxes etc paid and the whole transaction had been ratified by the European Court at The Hague.
      I have requested details from N26 of what irregularities they had purported to have found but they are unable to do so, which is hardly surprising. The change in the exchange rate since my initial instruction has added more than €1800 loss to me that I would expect them to cover. If my money is not returned within the next few days, it will be necessary for me to obtain a further loan because of their actions, which would add further expense, which I would also expect them to cover. I have pointed out to them that I am 84 years of age in a few weeks' time and the worry, stress and lack of sleep that they have caused me has had a serious effect on my health.
      I reported to BaFin on four separate occasions which was a waste of time, is this state aided theft?

    I make transfer with revoluts that never take more than 10 min ... no matter if is sepa ou non sepa, and transfer prices are being always more cheaper than wise since some months ago

      N26 IS A ROGUE BANK,
      YOU WOULD BE WELL ADVISED TO STEER CLEAR
      I had an account with N26 Bank whilst living in Spain for four years and was extremely pleased, with everything going well with my every day transactions.
      I arranged for my lawyer in Spain to sell my property, acting officially as my Power of Attorney. This transaction was conducted through the normal channels and verified by the European Bank at The Hague.
      Could you possibly doubt that my finds were other than honest and true? - N26 COULD!!! :-(
      I applied to transfer my funds to my account in the UK, which they originally confirmed and then subsequently blocked the transaction and also blocked my account, denying me access to my funds on the pretext that they has found irregularities in the account.
      I sent them a copy of the sales transaction, as endorsed by The European Court, within days, expecting them to release my funds at this time. They acknowledged receipt of this evidence, but it took them until 1st August 2023 (ten months) of correspondence and the reinstatement was, I am sure, only due to the fact that I had posted on Trustpilot and also posted comments on their advertisements with RUclips.
      HOWEVER
      Because the amount of money that they had denied me access to amounted to more than €60,000 they are due to pay me compensation for the difference in the exchange rate, along with interest in line with the amounts that they have paid other clients who had experienced the same problem, but with lesser amounts. The basic amount that I have calculated that I am down to date is €3472, but this is not taking into account any damages that you have caused to my health with all the worry, stress and lack of sleep that I suffered throughout all those months.
      N26, in public appear so concerned and eager to help but, when it gets down to one on one, they are crass and ignorant and just want to go over basics over and over again, no doubt handled by their AI bot!
      I could say so much more, as things don't seem to have changed much from when I was young during WWII. They are the same arrogant people!
      The bank now wants to start again, right from scratch and have now requested me to prove to them who I am with submitting a copy of my passport etc,, etc. as if they haven't been in contact with me at all over this time. They obviously have no intention of paying me anything.
      I am 85 years of age in a few months and it seems that they feel that I am fair game just as the German race did with old people in my youth, during WWII !!!
      So, if you have an account with them and everything is going fine, well, my problems with this bank are the same that hundreds of people who have suffered the same awful experience as myself.
      THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!!

    You said in the video that Revolut is protected by the FSCS. On their website the state that they are NOT protected by FSCS rather some other mechanism which is not backed by the UK government. This is a crucial factor so make sure you don't mislead people.
    The rest of the video is great. Would suggest to put more tables comparing side by side.

    One question. Does any of these degusto banks allow deposit from a bank account that is not linked in to the app? For example my citi bank is linked on N26 and I use my BOA app to send to my N26 account.

      BUT THEN !
      N26 bank confirmed to me on 19th Oct, 2022 that they had closed my account and that I had no access to my funds. I had submitted a transfer instruction in favour of my bank in the UK, which they initially acknowledged but then they claimed that they had found irregularities in the account. This was false, as my funds had been deposited by my Lawyer in Spain following the sale of my property there which he completed, acting as my Power of Attorney, with all due taxes etc paid and the whole transaction had been endorsed by the European Court at The Hague. I have requested details from N26 of what irregularities they had purported to have found but they are unable to do so, which is hardly surprising. The fluctuation in the exchange rate since my initial instruction has added a loss to me of more than €1800 which I would expect them to cover plus other bank charges, where I have had to access loans to fill the gap. They're aware that I am 84 years of age and the worry, stress and lack of sleep that they have caused me has had a serious effect on my health. This should also be compensated for. I reported the facts to BaFin (the so-called regulatory authorities in Germany) on four separate occasions between October and when they eventually replied in June, they turned out to be a waste of time.

    It says on their blog that customer money is protected but you said they do no provide customer deposit protection, is that same thing?
    ‘‘‘Revolut customer deposits in Europe are insured up to a maximum of EUR 100,000.‘‘‘

      This seems to be common with Revolut and especially with N26. I'm sorry you have to deal with this, good luck!

    this is dead stuff, in 2023 and we still wait 3-5 business days for the money to arrive to recipient?! let's start accepting XRP ledger already and settle transactions in secionds !
