Hey Nick, I think the effect is way cooler if you change the width of the dots in the component states instead of switching their position.
so it would be
1 - o (32x8) o (8x8) o (8x8)
2 - o (8x8) o (32x8) o (8x8)
3 - o (8x8) o (8x8) o (32x8)
