Nice example.
But not everything should be hard-coded, I think. For example: Taxes my differ from time to time. Also, layout like line placements could be variable, to change in an easier manner.
But for the average coder that should not be too hard to implement.
And as example to show how to work with PDFdocument, this video is great.
