I just tried it. I wasn't sure if you said to set at 370 temp or 317, but because another video I watched used 400 I tried the 1st batch at 370, it wasn't good. The second batch I set at 315, because the next was 325. Here I flipped some over half way thru the 25 mins. They tasted better, but still not that good and both had that powdery look. The seasoning was good, but the texture wasn't. I'm curious if the batter would be good when frying them.
Yes why not try but when you dip it in the Liguid Make sure you have some seasoned flour to rolled it into then fry, we all here to learn from everyone recipe and to add your twist if needed
Like the all in one mixture instead of wet and dry.

excellent video, just for clarity....did you say air fry at 317, or 370 for 25 minutes?

What kind of air fryer do you have? Or does it matter?
