Best budget audio brand period. Upgraded to qsc now, gave my Rockville subs and 15s to a cousin, still going strong. I still have amazing Rockville bookshelf speakers and surround sound sub for home use and many other Rockville products.
I'm a big Rockville fan myself. I've order quite a few stuff from them (DMX 512, speakers, subs, just to name a few). I have not been disappointed. I will continue to be a customer to them. Only issue I've had and it was not them, my rbg 15fa came damaged. I believe it was the shipping providers. I tested it and it still worked. I told them I'll keep it if they can take some off the price. They did and I kept it.
I love all my Rockville speakers and subs. Never had a complaints from clients. I run my equipment proper and it sounds great. Only con is the horns kept unscrewing from inside the base. A little light loctite took care of that. No issues after that. Even the mics work great for smaller event. Tks for the video!
Thanks for the great and honest review. I was looking to replace an old pair of Harbinger APS15 that have started having some issues. The Rockville RPG15BT V2 caught my eye and is in my price range. I just like to have something to set up for weekend parties with friends, doing some karaoke, and doing the sound at my backyard firework shows. I think I'm going to give these a shot!
Great video. I just bought a pair of the new Rockville Titan 15 powered speakers, and preliminary testing has me very impressed. There are zero video reviews on them, so it was a gamble, but they guarantee them to compete with $700 speakers. I'd say they probably do. I bought the package direct from them, including stands and XLR cables. No sales tax outside of NY, so that was some savings. I'm hoping to put them to good use soon. They sound so much better when dialing in the sound using the mixer. They're a little heavy on the highs by default, and there are no controls for highs & lows, as most have. You really need a mixer to tune them.
yeah it might not be a crown or a JBL but it gets the job done for small to somewhat larger events. I am confident it can if you know how to drive it and do your set up right e.g have a dedicated amp for your sub if you run passives etc. Personally I recently bought a mixture of rockville and seismics and although you can tell where they cut costs in the product manufacturing it does not perform as bad as people made it out to be. Theseismics head I got is 200watts and the 10inch rockville passive tops are rated at 400 watts. The 12inch powered rockville sub I am looking at getting I believe is 400. I think the guys that rip on seismic and rockville just are expecting it to compete with top tear brands or they are just mad that entry level equipment has gotten so afordable and they are afrade the newer generations will steal there thunder or something. That being said don't go expecting the quality you'd get out of a crown playing huge metal events or a large rave like you would with a JBL or EV. Budget speakers will always be a budget speaker. Take care of it and it should last you a while.
Just say you do this to educate people who have doughts n second thoughts about rock ville 🌟💯 your A goat for this review truth is I bought that very same mic your using to replace my Blu yeti and I can say I am satisfied and more excited to use other well Known and built microphone and buy more stuff too from them 🏆👏🌟💯
my brother hip me to these Rockville RPG122K Dual 12" Powered Speakers, I've been using since 2018 and ive got a sub Rockville 15 inch rockville are awesome light weight i get told to turn it down a lot were as before i was never loud enough with my heavy jbl 15 passive speakers and my Samson amp what a nightmare for years am looking at Rockville BPA225 Dual 15" Powered speakers as we speak for bigger events
Just wanted to mention that I would switch to a Dynamic microphone for recording your videos, at least for when you're doing basic commentary, and not demonstrations. You're not in a well treated room, so you get all of that room reflection.

this is uplifting coming from reddit where everyone and there dog and there toaster and blender tends to hate and trash rockville and seismic there.

I Appreciate this video. I’m a recovering gear snob. Rockville is a small band lifesaver. I also use their car audio subs and have been pleased.

Only issue with Rockville, you will wait forever to get your stuff.
