Rose is a registered bankrupt with a failed business. This was before when she walked around thinking she was a girl boss. Peter is apparently working for both the FBI and the Secret Service, and working under both deputy directors. When Rose and Peter met up, Rose demanded to know all top classified intel that Peter knows despite not having the clearance. Peter eventually tells her every single bit of classified Intel he knows sprinkled with his own personal life (as all intel officers do) when Rose continued to demand and persist for it. Rose also has no problem hogging the Night Action line (which she knows it's purpose, thanks to our tight lipped Peter) because she's "bored".
I watched 2 or 3 more episodes which is mainly Rose demanding for things to be done her way and our top field agent for the Secret Service AND the FBI simply giving in to her whatever her request was. I got tired of Rose very quickly and wished the other guy would ended her but I don't think that happened.

I can't help but be bugged the eff out about the fact that nobody thought to ask the secret service guards who pulled them off the duty.. seriously.. Just ask them. Chances are.. It was that guy. At the very least, guaranteed to be one of them.
