Bamboo can be an excellent replacement for sugarcane to make ethanol. It is 24x7 production crop. If you can make a video on it and it has multiple uses compared to sugarcane. It will help many farmers too. Thanks

Hot water you need to use back to boiler, so you save the boiler fuel.
This plan is zero discharge.
Same bugass you can use as boiler fuel.

Bhai...Molasses is not converted to Sugar. Sugar syrup or Rab is converted to Sugar. Molasses is left out after sugar which converted to Alcohol. Now Sugar cane juice can also be converted to Alcohol.

i came from your soybean video which you released 2 years ago.
i subscribed because I really liked the content (just grazed your channel), I didn't watch any other video yet and these are the thought that came to me immediately after.
i do agree partially with some of the companies when you talk about "chemicals" because to most viewers who might be ignorant on the topic, it can sound scary. chemical processing can be harmful as well as neutral, it needs to be properly elaborated in your videos because inadequate information can create more confusion.
also, in addition to the different products a factory generates from a raw material. (eg. soyabean ---> chunks, milk, oil ) could you also give nutritional information of those products ( just a few frames in the video will do, those interested will pause and see) I felt that there was injustice on your part when you referred to soya chunks as "kooda" without nutritional information.
i understand you have spoken as an engineer and that truly, in the process of generation of soybean oil, chunks are " kooda' but you need to use words more carefully so as to not create misunderstanding in your viewers.
2 years is a lot of time, if your already inculcated these changes into you videos, good job

Bhai. For this Sugarcane Production should be more and this ethanol will not be useful in Petrol or diesel engine so for it a special Ethanol Engine must be manufactured. Secondly SOLAR PLANT and WIND MILL Farm must be prohibited
Ethanol doesn't need special engine. Only the engine ignition timing is adjusted. Ethanol has a lower thermal energy because it has shorter Carbon Chain compared to gasoline and diesel. Fuel Cell is the possible answer to increase efficiency but the carbon residue is clotting the fuel cell.
