They're restocking the ARAK uppers this winter; 556 and 762 only (300blk will have to wait as demand for Faxon's aftermarket barrels cools down) Edit October 2022: they've already pulled the ARAK from OpticsPlanet (the only third-party site it was set to sell from) and have finally decided to work on an improved gen 2 version; no ETA. Previously, the only work being done on the ARAK was streamlining its manufacturing process.
For me it came down to the ARAK 21 or the Robinson Arms XCR-L. I when with the XCR and absolutely love it. Similar concepts by two geniuses. You should do a spot on the XCR-L for comparison.
if I had to pick just one gun, out of them all, it would be the ARAK. I have wanted one since I first heard about them, when they first hit the market several years ago. In my opinion it is the perfect combination of AR and AK rolled up into one platform. Unfortunately I am "a poor" and cannot afford such exquisite perfection of machining, functionality, and reliability, it "IS" my ultimate (Elenore) you know that one that you just cant seem to get your hands on because, my life sux and I just don't have that kind of money, but if anybody ever would feel sorry for me, and were to gift one to me, they would have a loyal friend & confidant for life, and I would owe them a dept of unpayable gratitude.

ARAK 21 is a winner in my book.
They are just resuming production of this after several years of not. Hopefully they’ll update it with m-lok.

Wouldn’t matter anyway. I finally have the money and can’t find the one I want anywhere. FDE Cerakote
@@theonlygq7877 I may have one for sale soon
I keep forgetting this gun is a thing, it has all the features I want, a forward charging handle and a monolithic top rail and AR magazines.
