Highly recommend using it when baking, they said a lot of the copycat ones you can find online are close, if not spot on. They typically do different citrus twists with their variations, as well as homemade seasonal jams, use local stone fruits & fresh in-season edible florals to decorate with, add marscapone or whip depending on the day, etc. Just thought this would be helpful if citrus olive oil cakes are a fave that THIS RECIPE tends to be a good one especially 💜

You could of done a mosaic flower pattern on the tiers with with the different broken up cookies. You could of even used food dye or colored icing on the plain trefoils if the other cookies didnt have the colors you were looking for.

In Canada there are two types of Girl Scout cookies, they are seasonal (one exists in fall/winter, one in spring/summer). You get Thin Mints, or you get a box that has chocolate cookie sandwich and vanilla cookie sandwich. That's it. :(
I didn't know that all of the original girl scout cookies were renamed, I feel so old lol. I was a girl scout from 2013-2018 and I recall selling the same cookies with the names: caramel delites, shortbread, peanut butter patties, s'mores, thin mints, and peanut butter sandwiches.
