I'm surprised how many good AMVs I have seen covering Mahou-tsukai when it was such an underwhelming season (the finale was my fave in the franchise though). Yours is definitely one of the best, if not my fave. I really liked the subtitles you added. As a Japanese major, I was intrigued how sometimes one has to sacrifice the correct translation of a certain line because otherwise, it would sound unnatural to the English-speaking viewer. I meant moments such as 2:21 where "in the new future" was said much earlier buuut, the Japanese sentence structure complicates matters.
