Very interesting in the beginning, point out different scenarios where scrum teams focus on the product and PM focus on project management, but disappointed on the "tricky" part. Servant Leadership is leadership... maybe in your experience you don't saw people actually leading - Servant because opposed to manage and control it leads by providing what the team needs, this can be direction, decision making. Self-organization is no way nothing to do with anarchy - the team is responsible to sort out the problems and setup what ever is required, instead of a single person responsible like a PM to do that.
