Making Cheese Potato Gratin
Material
three potatoes
half an onion
2 rows of bacon
1Ts butter
100 ml whipped cream
100 ml of milk
1 ts of salt
a small spoon of pepper
Parmesan Powder 3TS
mozzarella cheese
1. Slice potatoes thinly, shred onions not too thick, and chop bacon into bite-size pieces.
2. Put butter in a pan and stir-fry onions, bacon, and potatoes in order.
3. When potatoes are half cooked, add whipped cream and milk, and when they boil, lower the heat to low.
4. Add salt, pepper, and parmesan powder and season.
5. Bring potatoes to a boil over low heat until they are fully cooked.
6. When the potatoes are cooked, transfer them to an oven-ready container and top with plenty of mozzarella cheese.
7. In the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. (If cheese melts, take it out.)
8. Transfer it to a plate and eat it deliciously.
It's simple and you can feel the rich and savory taste of the cream.
