John's not exactly known for well thought out plans lmao it was a beautiful gymnastics move, 10.0 at the Olympics hands down. honestly true, Irish is devious as hell and *might* be smarter than our boy. idk I might be crazy but it felt so Charlie Kelly coded haha like when the gang tries to tell him not to do things or questions him and he very nonchalantly says "yeah sure thing, it's fine I won't do it again" and you KNOW he's lying lol similar energy I'm enjoying Landon as a character so far but it is weird af that he just immediately rags on John and tells him to get gud. the nerve and confidence of this man is impressive. I feel like 95% of men during this time would immediately try and kill you if you randomly came up to them and said "you're garbage at shooting". ahhh I have always wanted to see a Lynx, I'm too far South for them and they're very elusive (although there has been the odd sighting). I also look forward to living in blissful ignorance with my good friend Javier who is in fact confirmed to be a good person as I suspected all along ☺️☺️☺️

RDR 2 made some references to Landon Ricketts. Like the mission where Arthur and Sadie go to Rhodes and shoot some bad guys, and Arthur was like "New pair of pants and you think you're Landon Ricketts" 😄 Unfortunately his voice actor passed away after RDR 1, so he wasn't in the game. I'm 100% sure he would have been one of the legendary gunslingers Arthur had to find. Imagine him and Black Belle running together 👀 Rockstar always manages to find actors with such unique voices. John, Dutch, Sadie, Landon.. It's a shame he passed away.

If you're not going to buy a safehouse, the answer is obviously 'yes'. Haha! That said, if nothing else, buying a safehouse does unlock a pretty cool outfit.

the survival maps adds pictures of where animals will be for skinning challenges and also adds some local plants on the map for herbal challenges
