Everytime I plug in my mouse and keyboard only one of the ports work for one thing. Idk how to explain it every time I put my mouse on the right and left port it works, but when I put both into the ports my keyboard and my mouse, it doesn’t want to work. Only one of them will work at one time if it’s on the right port.

I did the blue button on the back for 3 seconds and got new cables for the zen that are stronger but when I try to connect it doesn’t connect on the firmware. It comes with all the good stuff .. but you gotta hook it up to a Pc/ computer then there in there then you download it to the zen .. then the scripts are on there then you don’t really need the computer/ Pc unless you wanna tweek some settings.. then you hook it up to your console an a controller an play .
