I LOVED hypnobirthing. 1st baby...eventually figured out how to be comfortable...pushed at end and regretted it. 2nd baby was in 0 pain as I was so relaxed and literally breathed baby out in the pool...BIGGEST TIP EVER from my midwife/hypnobirthing coach: candle breath as baby is crowning (as though you're blowing out a candle in front of you) reduces pressure on baby and minimises risk of tearing. Completely worked and was just incredible...no ring of fire haha 😄 xxx
Have you thought about continuing noise when your babies are sleeping? I know some nurses recommend to continue with daily life noise and activity whilst your baby is asleep, as it means theyre less easily disturbed, and can sleep regardless of what you/the world is doing. It really helps when you have more than one child because if one is crying or playing it doesnt disturb the sleeping one and they can continue having fun or fussing etc. Also super helfpul for when out and about, you can still get your baby to sleep because theyre used to sleeping with noise😊

Just remember 2nd babies can come quicker than your first. My first labor with my daughter was like 3 days but with my 2nd little girl contractions started at 3am finally decided to go to the hospital coz I couldn't cope with the pain anymore arrived at hospital at 9.55am and she was born at 10.02am with just a bit of gas and air 🙈 ❤️ thank god there wasn't much traffic else she would have been coming out in the car 😂
