This PD is doing shear propaganda against these sectors simply for lowering prices of the plots. He doesn't know even single thing about the decision of the IHC which has been set side by the SC. His sole purpose is that allotees should sell their plots cheap to the property dealers.

اگر آج کام شروع ہو بغیر کسی مسلے کے تو 5 سے 7 سال لگتے ہیں بغیر کسی رکاوٹ کے کام چلتا رہے
