you should win, don't short yourself! Confidence and momentum is everything. Always plan to win dude, hate when kids try to set "realistic goals" when in reality when your at the professional level you are just as talented as any of the other riders out there. It comes down to heart and will.

Hell yeah, buddy! Looking good on the bike, though you were riding noticeably tighter during the Motos (which is to be expected, it'll get better). You seemed a little disappointed in your results, and I totally get why you would feel that way. But don't be so hard on yourself, it's your first race back. You are a legit professional motocross racer and you don't just belong on that starting gate, you were BORN to be on that starting gate! We're all very proud of you! Just keep grinding, continue to put in 100% no matter what, and we will continue to support you regardless of the score sheet at the end of the moto. You were born to race dirt bikes, don't forget that!

So good to see you back on the track at an event! First race of the year is kind of a shakedown; as you said, a live moto in the pro class really can't be simulated, especially the mental part. You're qualifying well for this early in the season, so now test, train, tune (mind/bod/machine). Looking forward to the next event! You got this Jeff!
