I got doomed to do Early Childhood Education diploma programme 10 years ago. At preschool levelor pre-K, no one will understand what diploma means, and they won't be confident to hire you as a lead teacher. I don't understand why Colleges offer a E.C.CE diploma programme? I started subbing at Elementary School with my diploma.
Really ? I am considering to get a degree in early childhood development in fine arts. What suggestions would u recommend to get more involved in this field of career ?
