Mr. Engineer, you are very kind and have a heart of gold. With all your respect, you don’t make your workers feel appreciated. They can’t do what your plans are unless you give them a plan before they start working. These last workers tried hard to please you. It’s very discouraging when you tell them their work isn’t suitable for you. Please appreciate your workers and give them a plan.
The engineer is very tired of paying and not getting work done properly. There is no indication he did not give them a plan. It seems the plan was misunderstood or poorly executed. He has the right to express his feelings about their work. He paid each of them for work that has to be redone. He was polite but expressed his dismay. I think that is fair.

I think he should only talk to the supervisor who can inform the others on what’s happening..I respect the engineer wholeheartedly but I think he shouldn’t be so hard by the same token I know he’s paying for the work so I’m not sure how he could handle this as it took awhile to get the workers back to do the job..he’s caught between a rock and a hard place.. 😢

Engineer Babazadeh is doing a great job taking care of the children. He just needs to teach them some responsibilities in regards to making sure that they have their school supplies always ready to go at the front door. They know they are going to school long before dad picks them up so they should be ready to go and not forget their school bags. That not everyone can stop at the store and buy those supplies on the way to school. Not all kids are as blessed as they are.

Good morning Mr. Engineer, I enjoy watching your video....whether it is real or not....I find it to be an interesting drama. Somethings that I see you doing as far as the children are concerned need your attention. You need to stop giving in to them and teach them to take care of their things. Teach them the value of money otherwise, they will just start seeing you as a man that buys for us and not as a father who truly provides for our whole being. I notice that the girls forgot their notebook and you went immediately to buy new ones, please Don't buy/pamper them every time they forget or lose something. Teach them to be responsible. It is their job to keep up with those things. You are a good parent, I pray that God will give you knowledge and discernment when it comes to teaching and disciplining these children. God bless you.

Nagyon aranyos volt a két lányod,hogy felajánlották a kocsimosást,kérlek engedd nekik,valóban jó szórakozás is és hálásak neked! Sajnos most először vettem észre,hogy nem bántál jól a munkásokkal,nem érdemelték meg a szidást,ne haragudj,de tényleg az van,hogy velük kellett volna maradnod és ellenőrizni legalább a kezdetnél. Bocsánat,hogy nagyon őszinte vagyok veled,talán elolvasod és megfogadod a jó tanácsokat! The girls were so cute when their Dad asked them if they learned any English and Ghazal got shy and put her head on her lap😄 I didn’t learn English til I started school at 7 years of age, living in a remote northern community in Canada! You’ll learn to speak, read, and write English in no time 😄👍🏾….it’ll be your second language!! You girls can teach your younger siblings what you learn in English and they’ll soon pick it up!! I'm sure the Engineer has made the offer. Ali Asgarth is one of the few people who does not take advantage of the Engineer. Ali has taken the death of Fatima also as hard as the Engineer. Mr engineer the reason a lot of people don’t want to work long for you is because you expect 100 percent perfection not everyone can work that way they work the best then can so write your plan of how you want it done and leave them to their work ok but check on them once in awhile and say good job they will work harder for you.❤

Please you have to stay with the workers to direct them to what needs to be done. Since you do not have a person in charge of what you need done than YOU ALONE needs to be done to get the job that you need done properly. These workers need a supervisor to tell them what direction the work needs to be done. You cannot just hire workers and let them on thier own you need someone there to direct the work. So don't be mad at the workers you brought there to work this is YOUR OWN FAULT for not having someone to guide them. you yourself should have been there to guide them if you had no one else. So we think you should apologize to these workers for getting upset. You will not get workers if you keep getting upset for something that was your responsibility in guiding the workers. Dont forget in that village not many are educated so they need someone to guide them.
