Kudos to you for taking those extra balancing steps, I've seen so many lazy or inept people trying to show "how to balance" and pretend it has been... I've subbed to your channel
yes it was, especially that tip of balancing at the midrange of focal length, i was looking for it from a speciallist and before testing it, need te be sure that it won't damage the gimbal or overcharge the motors
It takes GREAT patience to balance this gimbal and I've had a hard time doing it so I just gave up and sat it in my closet. Until now ! Seeing your tutorial has inspired me to tackle this again. Wish me luck !
I can’t get the yaw balance to do what you said. But everything works at the end like yours. Camera stays fixed in any position. Should I worry about yaw?
@@chrisxjessphotofilm9006 yes I got today the 2000C, it tilts like 1 degree to the right, calibrating doesn't seem to help much. There was one instance when I managed to have it balanced, but went back to tilted after a turn off/on.
@@chrisxjessphotofilm9006 there's a very easy fix although I wish you could save the setting, on the Feiyu ON app you can set the horizon tilt, setting it to -1º allows me to have it perfectly balanced, as previously said I wish you could save the setting because if you turn off the gimbal, it will go back to 1º.
I´m having an issue with my AK2000. I can´t use other modes but TF. I reseted gimbals parameter but nothing changed. I upgraded the firmare but anyways nothing happend. I need a help with this problem, please.
I want to use the AK2000 ( preferably because is lighter than the 4000) with my sony FDR-AX700 Camcorder- but i'ts impossible to get a reply from the local distribuitor for any compatibility. Could you tell me what is the distance in mm between the front of the roll motor (facing the camera LCD/ virwfinder) and the center of the tilt motor / shaft of the motor, where the centre of gravity of the balanced camera + plate should sit- so I could measure if my camcorder battery and viewfinder would hit the roll motor...I have spent days calling all local camera shops but no one has a display unit..Thanks
I can't provide measures but I've seen people mounting FS5 on the ak4000 - ruclips.net/video/loCMHBIgu68/видео.html and you can see someone mounting it on a2000 here and it works, so your camcorder should be fine too, no promises tho! What's the weight of it?
I've got a problem with the horizontal balance (4:48 in the video). I adjust it at maximum, but it is still unbalabced. Do you have any suggestion? Thank you for the video :)
Good video. Now if I could only find one that tells me how to operate the dumb thing. Comes with no users manual, can’t find any in their site either. Argh.
I have seen a lot of videos on balancing this model. This is by far the best video. Step by step. Loud and clear.
I just bought ak2000 and I cant balancing pan axis with sony a6000 kit lens.. how to fix it?
Thank you for sharing! I will be making more videos about this gimbal as well as others! Glad you like it! :)

Bran Ristic thank you, as much as it can be annoying to set up, it is important to do a proper job to be able to film smooth footage. Appreciate it :)
Love your content!

Does it put a lot of wear on the motors if you adjust the lens' zoom? past the 50mm he balanced to
Is possible to conect sony a7 to feiyu using cable ISO wifi?

Have you had any issues with it not balancing? So the camera balances when off perfectly - but when it’s turned on it slants to the left a tiny bit 😩😅
The same((
Guess I'm not the only one.
@@ItsMeMora is it doing on you too? No matter good it’s balanced it’s always crooked 😔

Great video, very helpful. Do you have a link for the quick release plate if I wanted to get one?

it mean, your camera have low weight... Like A6000-6500 (etc)...
For solution, you must remove limit part (unscrew 2 bolt), and then you can get balance for all axis.
Thank you for you Answer!!
Thats right, my camera is a6400 with 16-70 lens. I will try to remove the limit part. I hope it will work. Thank you :)
Very useful, thanks!
Great thank you
My gear is a7 with 28mm lense, i cant get balance with pan axis, its always vibrate when i fully tilt down/up the gimbal
Is my camera too light?
I have the same problem, did you ever find a solution?
Same as mine
