This is really motivating. I played in an academy and had trials in Midtjylland under 20's a year ago, but then had to undergo knee surgery. I haven't been to a single football training session in 8 months (I have no contract at the moment) and I'm really nervous if I'm even good anymore. But I will work hard and get there. Thankfully I'm "only" 20..
mrroo96 Dont be nervous about if you are good anymore. Its gonna be very hard to come back after such a long time out, but beliving, hard work and dedication to get better is crucial. And never doubt about your skills, just remember how hard you have worked
mrroo96 i am also from midtjylland (FCM)
mrroo96 how has it been?
You are under Matthew Benhams wings then, it will be fine
mrroo96 hope u get well soon and get back to playing , good luck
I am 19 years old,and I am playing non professional football, but I am also studying physics. So my first dream ever was to become football player, and I am aiming to fulfill that.Wish me luck, because I will succeed.

Top class lads! It’s nice having players who have worked so hard to get here rather than having players who have been pampered by their clubs from basically the age of 8. I have huge amounts of respect for these guys motivation.
I kept telling myself I'd make it pro when I first watched this. More than a year on, I'm proud to say I've signed for PSG. Remember the name, my names Kylian Mbappe
Nelson Mandela haha 😂
You will do well in fantasy football.
Mark my words, I'm 76 and wheelchair bound but I'll play in the prem someday!

Same we’re u from?
I wish i had seen this when i was 16 years old. I had a situation of playing youth league football or play all age local football with the men. If I can give any advice if you have the chance to play against men as a teenager. do it, it s a humbling experience and it makes realise how much work you have to do, it s a shock physically.
Cant agree more, i stopped playing for 4 years, started again at 16 playing with men. Huge fucking jump between men and the average 16 year old, if you can do it, do it and don't give up because it helps so much.

Lots of pure motivation for the guys here trying to go pro. Good luck. Work hard. Keep your eyes on the prize
I currently play in Crystal palace academy and at the age of 13 there is so much competition to be on the top to play.
I having playing keep in an adult league for almost 2 years now and have gotten so much better. I have gained so much more understanding and have endured so much more disappointed and criticism in the process.
I needed this short documentary.
work hard and it will pay off
I’ve been training my ass off for 40 years . I’m 50 and very determined to become a professional. It’s been my dream since I was a kid . I know I can do this !!!! Just kidding I’m 19 , my only worry is that I do sometimes feel like I’m too old though. Seeing 16,17,18 year olds already playing at the top level.
Same feeling bro

Class video. I just subscribed to the magazine for the next 6 months, the best football magazine in the world by a mile.
There is another one, MARK DELANEY. At the end of the 1997/98 season he was playing for Carmarthen Town a Welsh Premier League side. In the Summer of 1998 Cardiff who were in the English league signed him. But before the 1998/99 season was even finished Aston Villa who were in the English Premier League at the time signed him and he became a regular in their first team going on to make 193 appearances for the club.
Thanks for this
My favourite player back in the 70's and 80's was Alan Devonshire. He cost West Ham 15 thousand quid from Southall.
Lots of respect for these guys staying the course.
I am currently playing in the Premiere League in my dreams, wish me luck that I will wake up one day...

As our capacity for coherent natural self-regulation was systematically broken down, a new system of self regulation took its place, a coherent system, incorporating all the aspects of self-repression. We participated in capital’s ongoing project of colonization by colonizing ourselves, by continually working at the construction of a unitary character-structure (character armor), a unitary defense against all drives, feelings, and desires which we learned were dangerous to express. In the place of our original transparent relations to our world, we created a structure of barriers to our selfexpression which hides us from ourselves and others.”Jay Amrod and Lev Chernyi, “Beyond Character and Morality: Towards Transparent Communications and Coherent Organization.” Howard J. Mark my words, I will be a pro when I am older. I will score a goal in the premier league. It’s all about the drive guys, don’t stop and keep grinding.
Sadly the odds of that happening are very low, change your mindset or forever be dissapointed in yourself

Poor you set realistic goals then think big after you have achieved them.

I played football at 6-14 years old and took a break for 2 years and now I’m 16 and gonna start playing non league again. My first goal is to become pro and hope that works out otherwise I’m gonna be a gym coach or something

This video is a joke. Players in the conference are not "amateur" they are full time professionals earning over £1000 a week. That's £50,000 a year, more than most people in the UK earn. The standard of football even in the 5th tier is extremely high and there really isn't much difference in quality between League 2 and the Conference.
Where is the proof
@@omalone1169 proof of what? I've watched conference/league 2 all my life ask anyone who's a fan of a team at that level they'll tell you the same thing. Most conference teams are professional theres a couple now that are semi pro and that's only cos of covid
@@CitrusMenace well when I was assessing both Tooting and Dulwich from what i saw the players relied on sponsorship rather than salary

Oh dear Oh dear
who are the players in the video?
Dat "Reptilia" ripoff at the back tho... xD
Awesome video but these men have physical attributes as well as talent.. these are the type of players that were built to be footballers but just had a tougher journey or were overlooked by dummiew wherever they were.. and they just werent regular non leauge players.. vardy thrashed each level on his way up like he was making up for lost time.. and they were in a league even if it wasnt the epl.. and they still had to work hard, Harder then those who were where theyre at now.. no offense but if your just some random joe who smokes and drinks and doesnt have a proper diet.. dont let this video have you quitting your day job or something your already good at..
Can someone explain to me what is meant by non league? Is Sunday league ment by that or what exactly is non league? I am not from the UK so I have no idea what it is.
First of all. You have to know the pyramid in english football
1. Premier League
2. Championship
3. League 1
4. League 2
5. Conference a.k.a national league
6. National League north / National League South
7. Amateur league
Sunday league is also one of amateur league.
Cheers brother
