So, in all honesty he would not be in this position if he hadn’t put himself into it. He rudely ghosted the female he was sleeping with and all of a sudden dated someone else without telling the girl he used. Then he was talking to what he believed to be another female on tinder even though he shouldn’t have had a tinder account. But and this is a big but, he could file a civil suit against Theresa for blackmailing him.
