Stability analysis for partially submerged shapes

This video goes through the stability analysis of a rectangular block in two orientations. The analysis includes determining the submerged depth and volume, calculating the center of gravity and center of buoyancy, then evaluating the metacentric height using the momentum of inertia along the axis of rotation.
