Hello mam Thank you so much for explaining this but Dint understood basic assumptions point -2) tendency towards actualisation 4) man is wiser than his intellect
Steps of indirect counseling:- 1. Define the problem 2. Free expression of feelings 3. Development of insight 4. Classification of positive and negative feelings 5. Termination of counselling situation
It's a type of counselling jidhar, jo client aata hai usey khuli azaadi hoti hai khudki emotions ko express krne ki. Iska ulta hota tha Directive counselling mei jidhar client kuch nahi kar raha hota tha yaani passively baitha hota tha, aur counselor usey sirf guide kar raha hota tha, magar yaha aisa nhi hai, yaha par client ka role active hota hai, vo self intropect krke khudki strengths and weaknesses ki insight Pata krleta hai.
Mam I am just not getting the point ki direct counselling me hum dependent hojate he bt non directive me Kya hota he can u explain me in short in Hindi🥺
Non directive me client fully apne ap ko express kar pate hyn nd counsellor ache se unko sunta he nd advice v deta he fir client advice ko sun k apne problem ko samjhen ki kosis karta he then wo khud hi decision leta he mtlb problem ko solve krta hy... That's why the client can become independent tha way..... But in directive the client only says his problem nd counsellor gives solution of problem so client just can't know the original reason of his problem nd he become dependent on counsellor.... So whenever he faces any problem he just run towards counsellor nd he doesn't try to solve by himself
