CHEAP LED Grow Lights for Houseplants - My Grow Light Setup

Good morning and thanks for sticking around during a brief holiday hiatus, hope your holidays were great! Today we are going to talk about the grow lights I have behind me. There are tons of grow light options, and not all are created equal. Grow lights are made up of red and blue light, and usually appear purple to the eye. I've been using that exact brand of grow light for about a year now. I've been using it on my pilea, my Hoya rope, my hoya splash, and my nepenthes pitcher plant. All have done were very well with them. I don't get much natural light in my home. I've been using them with cheap Ikea desk lamps.

I've been using the higher power (32W) PAR38 GE grow lights to grow some chamomile on my coffee table with decent success. They are slightly more expensive, but provide decent coverage and seemingly bright enough to grow full sun plants depending on how close you hang them.

But using only white white isn't as efficient as blue and red ones . Am I right ?
I mean for indoor exotic foliage plants like various kinds of palms and Focuses and LICUALA palms,Kentia palms and other non flowering indoor plants.
