Unfortunately mine (The OW one) arrived with scratchy, unpolished frets and some not leveled correctly from the 13th fret to the 22nd... so i have extreme fret buzz and dead spots even with a hight string action! I wait for a refund from Thomann to fix it.... That bad QC again.. 😟
Why the D shape neck? Why are they doing that? All HB necks - and nearly all the cheap Amazon brands have these big necks. I think Westcreek is the exception. Where is Fender standard thin, or even Ibanez wizard? I don't know why they don't try to capture that market.
I think Harley Benton (and a couple of other inexpensive brands) are spoiling us tbh. I bought their Strat version of the 50th Anniversary line in Firemist Gold and it’s awesome. I’ve gigged it lots of times and it holds up. Sounds great, plays great and looks amazing too imo. Actually the spec is similar to this model but €100 less 😎 it doesn’t have a babiz bridge (never heard of them before tbh) but the bridge works perfectly and I see no reason to replace or upgrade it. Only negative is it’s a little heavy for a Strat being just over 8lbs. Probably not much more than this one. That’s Les Paul weight for me
You are the very first person that mentioned over the RUclips that neck of this guitar is fatty. How would You compare ST Modern Plus to Eart NK-C1 in terms of playability? I have simple Eart Strat SSS and neck is fantastic - slim but not very thin.
HB got a thicker neck,more like a traditional Fender strat imo.while the Earts got a thinner modern approach. both brands use compound radius.i will talk more in the review.need to play it more.

The neck has the same dimensions as that of an Ibanez AZ and looks great.
I had an Ibanez AZ in my hand. That was my first thought when I had the ST Modern Plus

I received mine yesterday. Looks, feels and sounds really good. No complaints, except for one really big one: the fretboard edges are not rolled.

thicker compared to the fusions.maybe i will shoot comparisons.
they feel pretty different.
I heard very different opinions about this guitar, from prons to cons.
I prefer my prons with hot sauce not paint, thanks.
For me, it's a toss up between this guitar and the new PRS ce 24 satin.
The guitar is perfect apart from the weird cream pickups. Kind of throws of the esthetic.
I own a HB tele but id probably buy a classic vibe squier rather than this
