Interestingly enough, 23/24/25 are some of the most ideal ages for pregnancy I hear women say.
Especially if you want to be a young parent and you plan on having more than two kids.

Glad to hear everything is going well! I feel kind of comforted by the fact that if I have children there's so much support and information these days as well as videos like these so it's less scary and you feel less in the dark about what's happening. It's less private if you know what I mean because back in the old old days it was all secretive and you only told your midwife everything but now women talk about it more and share stories and such which is lovely.

Oh my god I feel you so bad on the gag reflex!! I had morning sickness literally every time I brushed my teeth for 13 weeks. 13 WEEKS. The nausea is absolutely killer - it'll pass though! Ah I really cannot wait to see how your pregnancy progresses (and I'm sure I'll be commenting on all the baby vids haha)! Hope the shitty symptoms start to subside soon x

+Alyssa Marie I know this isn't addressed to me, but I have IBS and it's been so much better through out my pregnancy, but I've heard from other women that it was awful for them! I think it just depends on your body xx

This video gave me cramps and really freaked me out (even though I'm 21 years old) but once you showed your bump there were LITERAL TEARS IN MY EYES!!!! Pregnancy is so scary but also so beautiful and I am so proud of you and so excited for you to be a mom!

Congratulations! I'm 22 and just had my second child. Both my kiddies are the loves of my life and me and their dad are very lucky. You will be a great mother. Relax and enjoy your pregnancy and try not to worry about anything because before you know it your baby will be all grown up. It's true that you will be tired for the next 18 years but it's 100% worth it and you'll have a new best friend x

Ahhh you're my favourite! I suffer from generalised anxiety and I tend to turn to RUclips when this happens to distract and pick me up, and it's always the best when you have a new video for me to watch! So incredibly happy for you, this is so exciting and wonderful, you're going to be the best mother! :)
I'm 25 weeks and still in complete disbelief with it all; My symptoms definitely could have been worse, but it's not been the easiest. "Morning sickness" just wasn't a thing for me, it was just 24/7, the nausea was the worst! You're right, it's trying to find something to stop you from throwing up and if you don't eat anything, you feel worse! I still kinda have the nausea, but it's definitely worn off a little.
It's about to get so much better for you! As soon as I reached 20 weeks, I felt her all the time, rolling around and kicking, it's constant now and it's honestly the best part of the whole thing and actually SEEING the kicks is incredible! I'm so excited for you! You're gonna be amazing.

Quick tip ! Do the vitamin from the Neil's have iron in them because my multivitamin do and if I eat them on empty stomach I get nausea and sick I'm not pregnant so no wonder they where making u feel bad. Try them straight after a meal

Maybe you could do some sort of tour and I don't know if you might have started with the babys room or such? It would be inspirational to see either way!
I was sick for the first 4 months of my pregnancy! I realized mints or chewing gum really helped me he never I got nauseous later on in my pregnancy. You're going to be an amazing mom ❤️ xoxo from the Caribbean

you can take ginger as a supplement. Peppermint tea has been proven to help with nausea too, though I imagine everyone has been telling you that one too
The food phases of going crazy over one thing and rejecting it the next day was way too real for me, I'm about 7 months pregnant and I'm so happy for you!

I'm so excited for you! I just had my daughter two months ago, and I had terrible morning sickness until about 14 weeks. My trigger: the smell of cooked eggs. As for acid reflux, I had it before my pregnancy so I was nervous about when I really popped. I got some papaya tablets from the health food store and found it helpful enough to get past the discomfort. I haven't taken my medication now for about 11 months now.
Im 9 weeks pregnant and been feeling sick for 2 weeks but now hearing your stories iv got it quite good! Only been sick once and i never stop eating lol. Love that i have someone to watch thats not too far infront of me :D

I'm not pregnant, but I am on a lot of meds that give me very extreme nausea. Here's a few things that ALWAYS make me feel better, many of which are known to reduce nausea
Anything sour or sharp: citrus fruits - lemon water is great, sometimes vinegar on plain chips
Sucking on something! Like a boiled sweet or lollipop, even better if it's sour/sharp too!
Plain food like dry toast or cream crackers
Nausea bands (sometimes marketed as being for travel sickness; there IS fairly ample scientific backing for these so feel free to read up if you're skeptical. From personal experience they do work)
Flat coke over ice, if you're not put off by the syrupy-ness
if all else fails ask the doc for an anti-nausea medication like cyclizine. Hopefully now you're feeling a bit better than won't be necessary!

I knew as soon as I was pregnant because I got a cold both times immediately, it's funny the different things that mum's get to signify pregnancy. Congratulations on surviving the first trimester, make the most of the second because it's get so much harder again in the third!

I'm pregnant now with my first baby. I'm 16 weeks almost 17 weeks. I'm hoping to find the gender soon. My first trimester wasn't very bad with morning sickness. I did get sick, but it wasn't bad, I can't eat much meat, or much fried food. I have had a very fruit and cheese, and veggies diet. I've lost 12 pounds because I was already over weight, and my diet got better. My doctor says I should only gain about 15. I haven't started showing much at all and it makes me kinda sad lol.
I'm pregnant with a baby boy, so nice to have these videos to watch😃💙
