That's why I tell my mom and son to speak up to these healthcare workers and if you don't get treatment that you like from 1, don't be afraid to push for another or 3rd. They both have Asthma and my mom also has COPD, so a lot of ER's don't take their symptoms as seriously as they should. . . So even though we live less than a mile from the hospital I make them call an ambulance to basically bypass the freaking 2hour ER wait.
