Hi, I have Aquaris E5 Ubuntu Edition but I already installed Android on it. Will the upgrade work with it? I tried upgrading directly from the Setting but it always say my device has the latest firmware 2.1 Lolipop.

Hello, Im Trying to Unstall the "BQ_Handset_USB_Driver" on my computer, but when is instaling the driver, I receive the message "Driver installation failed", and when i plug in my phone to computer, it don´t apear on the "Device Manager". Can you Help? Thanks.
I hope that this work because the problem that i have is that when i try to start the phone normaly, i can't go further than the boot screen where it says "powered by android". I hope this works edit: I will try the fastboot mode to make it work cause i can't enter in the phone so i cam't activate the USB debugging or such
