The clip that holds the fork on is why I watched this. That thing is a pain! Thanks for sharing!

your clip was on backwards, that's why it didn't stay on.; the round part goes on the back side of the ball and the other part on the front of the fork

Good video thanks! I just did this job yesterday and has the same problem with the ball clip retainer. What I found is that if you flip the fork over where fork slots are on the passenger side everything seems to fit and slide better so I installed that way. Not sure if it’s okay or not but time will tell lol. So far it’s working great. What are your thoughts on fork slots right or left? Thanks!

@@whileurinthere4062 yeah I’m thinking it might have something to do with the aftermarket fork. I used one from extremeterrain that looks like just yours. Anyway yeah I’ll let you know if any problems. Thanks for the reply!

l installed my fork like yours in the wrong direction. To late to flip it around. I hope it works fine.

It was fine the way it was but if someone try’s to reinstall it will angle the clutch plate and cause premature clutch wear😮 always lock tight things

Do you have to drop the transmission to access this bell housing. I can hear my throw out bearing and I want to replace it but my clutch and flywheel seems good still. What’s the easiest way to access this

While Ur In There thanks! Honestly the more I watch the easier it seem. It would be nice to have a new clutch and flywheel anyways. Might as well replace those too
