Oh God I laughed at the beginning of this video, what a great sense of humour you have. When I got my first one, the process was a bit more long winded, you had to give four samples if I remember correctly, but it is a lot simpler now. Well done for making this video though, it is very important to do this test every two years when they send you the kit. Take care.
